The India Street Neighborhood Association welcomes Andrew Zarro of the Bicycle Coalition of Maine and long-time advocate of Vision Zero, and Jacob Lavarnway of the Urbanist Coalition of Portland, Maine, for a presentation and conversation about street safety issues for pedestrians and wheelers in our neighborhoods.
