Next year there will be an 18% increase (so far) to 102 ships. Next year there are 26 days scheduled with 2 ships in port on the same day (up from 6 days this year). The staff has no proposal to eliminate scrubber wash discharge in Casco Bay, there is no strategic plan for growth, there is no cost-benefit analysis.
